Responsibilities

• Provide timely review and resolution to escalated code enforcement issues.

Job description

The Code Compliance Specialist works cohesively with clients and vendors to manage code violations. The Code Compliance Specialist also monitors and follows up on all code violations and may work closely with city officials to maintain compliance.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Provide timely review and resolution to escalated code enforcement issues
• Serve as the point of contact for new city compliance issues
• Ensure that all new requirements are tracked and posted on departmental documentation
• Respond to all business communications within 24-48 hours
• Required to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required
• 1-2 years work-related experience preferred
