Studio 5 Partnership Architects / Planners, LLC in Fair Lawn, NJ seeks a Building Code & Accessibility Compliance Specialist to act as Code Compliance Coordinator on MTA and PANYNJ projects. You will review architectural and engineering plans for ADA,IBC, and fire/life safety compliance and prepare technical analyses and checklists.

Ideal candidates hold NY/NJ architectural registration or PE, with 7+ years in code consulting or plan review, and strong written and verbal communication.

Competenze

• 7+ years in architectural design, building code consulting, or plan review.
• Knowledge of ADA, ICC A117.1, IBC and NJ/NY/NYC codes.

Mansioni

• Review drawings for code compliance and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with design teams and AHJs on MTA/PANYNJ projects.
• Prepare code analyses and compliance reports.

Architectural Registration (NY/NJ) or PE license
