Responsibilities
  1. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and training
  2. Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  3. Manage product rotation and stock to par levels
  4. Assist with prep work and station setup
  5. Transport items, unload deliveries, and maintain cleanliness
  6. Break down and clean stations at closing
  7. Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  8. Stand and walk throughout shift; reach, bend, stoop as needed
  9. Communicate effectively in English, read recipes, labels, and POS orders
  10. Operate kitchen machinery safely and handle hot and sharp items
  11. Lifting requirements: up to 50 lbs. several times, and hold items weighing 5 lbs. for long periods
  12. Work in high-temperature, damp environments indoors and minimally outdoors
  13. Assist with dishwashing and cleaning as needed
  14. Complete food safety certification as per company and state laws
