Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
  • Prepare menu items according to company recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure product rotation and stock items to par levels
  • Complete assigned prep work and set up stations
  • Transport items, unload deliveries, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Break down and clean stations at closing
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Stand/walk 100% of shift, reach, bend, and stoop as needed
  • Read and communicate effectively in English, including recipes, labels, and POS orders
  • Operate kitchen machinery safely and work with hot and sharp items
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift and hold items weighing up to 5 lbs. for long periods
  • Work in high-temperature, damp environments indoors and outdoors
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning as needed
  • Complete food safety certification in compliance with regulations
