Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a part-time Cocktail Server for The Lobby Bar. You will deliver energetic and personalized beverage service, recommend menu items, and ensure guests are satisfied while maintaining high standards of service in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include recording and inputting orders, timely delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a collaborative team culture. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet guest demand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as Cocktail Server or similar preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and menu items.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, promptly answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
• Record, input, and close guests' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner and address issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Follow all food and beverage safety and timing standards.
