You will read guests' needs, connect with them to provide personalized service, and maintain the bar's cleanliness and safety while following The Breakers' standards in a luxury setting. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years bartending in fast-paced, high-volume env.
• Knowledge of different types of alcohol and ability to make cocktails.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for prolonged periods.

• Maintain responsibility for the restaurant bank including handling cash sales, employee tip out, and bank drop

Job Summary

The Bartender at The Breakers Palm Beach is responsible for welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm while providing top-notch service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests in order to provide a personalized, memorable bar experience. In addition, the bartender will be responsible for maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards for the bar and work area, as well as ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
