This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

+ Classification: Seasonal (full-time hours, April - September / October)
+ Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

- The Rooftop is open from April through September / October depending on weather and business needs.
- Daily hours of operation are from 5pm-12am. Hours may vary based on special events, happy hour, and groups in house.
+ Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $15.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Responding to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Ensuring knowledge of menu, promotions, and specials
• Taking guest beverage and food orders and inputting them into the point-of-sale system
• Retrieving and delivering food and beverages promptly
• Replenishing beverages and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
• Keeping the serving station well-stocked
