Stay inspired by joining the stunning Conrad hotel located in the heart of urban DC as a Cocktail Server at Summit Rooftop Bar!

This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4-Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Seasonal (full-time hours, April - September / October)
  • Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
    • The Rooftop is open from April through September / October depending on weather and business needs.
    • Daily hours of operation are from 5pm-12am. Hours may vary based on special events, happy hour and / or groups in house.
  • Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $15.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
