Job summary

Valor seeks a Lounge Server to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service in the Lounge, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires 3–6 months in food/beverage service, English proficiency, and tips certification, with opportunities for growth within a global hospitality company operating multiple properties in the US.

Qualifications

• Able to read, speak and understand English.
• Three to six months in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Must have tips certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take drink orders from Lounge guests and deliver orders.
• Remain attentive to guests throughout the Lounge experience and uphold service standards.
• Record and enter all food and beverage items accurately.
• Know beverage menus, brand selections, prices and garnishes.
• Maintain Lounge setup and stock, including snacks and ambience.
