Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Lounge Beverage Server to deliver timely beverage service in the assigned lounge areas, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work with bartenders and venue staff, adhere to responsible alcohol service, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and offerings.

Qualifications

Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain required work cards.
Able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members, Management and Guests.
Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Take orders and serve beverages and amenities in lounge areas; follow up on food delivery.
Handle cash and credit transactions with guests.
Interact with guests professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and product offerings.
Promote the Company Service Standards at all times.
