The Adolphus in Dallas is seeking a seasonal Cocktail Server for The French Room. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and expert beverage knowledge, from classic cocktails to contemporary creations, while greeting guests and suggesting menu pairings.

Responsibilities include mastering the menu, building guest rapport, and maintaining impeccable service in a fast-paced, iconic dining environment at a historic hotel.

We seek the cocktail server that knows and appreciates the art of the drink. This individual is knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers and makes recommendations to those seeking new experiences. They increase customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm hospitality.
