Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced bartender who can craft traditional cocktails and create innovative libations. You will welcome guests with warm hospitality, and provide impeccable service across a refined bar program.

This role requires a strong background in mixology, wine pairing, and a professional demeanor, with a proactive attitude and commitment to top-notch guest experiences.

• Prior experience as a bartender is required.

In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home.

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.
