Job summary

The Adolphus Group seeks a cocktail server for The French Room in Dallas. You will apply knowledge of classic cocktails and creative libations, greet guests, make recommendations, and deliver beverages with warm hospitality and flawless service.

Knowledge of the menu and presentation standards, the ability to build rapport with guests, and capacity to carry food and drink trays in a fast-paced environment are essential.

We seek the cocktail server that knows and appreciates the art of the drink. This individual is knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers and makes recommendations to those seeking new experiences. They increase customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm hospitality.
