Job summary

The Adolphus Group's City Hall Bistro in Dallas seeks a cocktail server who appreciates the art of the drink. You will know traditional and creative libations and make recommendations to guests.

You will help build loyalty with warm hospitality, maintain presentation standards, and work in a fast-paced setting with a collaborative team at Makeready Collection properties.

Qualifications

We seek the cocktail server that knows and appreciates the art of the drink. This individual is knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers and makes recommendations to those seeking new experiences. They increase customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm hospitality.
