Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas seeks a skilled AM Bartender for the Seasonal French Room. The role requires crafting traditional and creative cocktails, paired with impeccable service to sustain guest loyalty. Knowledge of cocktails and wine pairing is essential, with prior bartending experience strongly preferred.

We seek the craftsman that knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and is capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.
