Role Overview:
As a Cocktail Server at Chotto Matte, you will be entirely service and guest-orientated. Your core responsibilities will be centered around engaging with guests, giving product information and advice to ensure that the food & beverage, and service standards are consistently met to the highest level of quality and professionalism. Your duties as Cocktail Server will require you to take orders, payments and be of service to the guests at all times.
Main Responsibilities:

- To possess strong knowledge of the Chotto Matte concept and to clearly communicate all our drink menus with all guests, ensuring a thorough understanding when dining with us.
- To ensure that the restaurant is always set for success and ready to serve at all times.
- To ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to all guests from the moment an enquiry is made or when the guests arrive at our restaurant, up until the conclusion of their dining experience with us.
- To adhere to our Global standards of service delivery by putting into practice our Chotto Matte Steps of Service, consistently.
- To always ensure that our guests are served in a timely manner and remain our first priority at all times
- To ensure readiness and make priorities in case of last-minute changes to reservations.
- To confer closely/regularly with the Head Server, Bartenders and Runners in order to become familiar with all aspects of the service operations.
- To possess a strong understanding of our global allergen awareness standards, be able to identify all allergens our food & beverage menus, and comply with our allergens procedures at all times.
- To adhere to all health, sanitation and food safety rules and regulations.
- To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and reduced immediately.
- Ensures that employees work in a safe manner that does not harm or injure self or others.
- To maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, appropriate uniform, appearance, and conduct.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by seniors.
- To complete all necessary training and study the Employee handbook and Food/Beverage guides.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Walk and stand.

- Push and pull objects.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., sometimes over shoulder.
- Repetitive bending and lifting of items.

Required Experience:
- 1-2 years' restaurant experience.
- Excellent command of English language
- Ability to communicate with customers and peers with a friendly and positive attitude.

- Extremely flexible and committed.
- Lively, enthusiastic and confident.
- Ability to handle difficult situations successfully.
