Chotto Matte in San Francisco, CA is seeking a cocktail server to deliver attentive, personalized service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will take and serve drinks and food, anticipate guest needs, and work closely with bar and lounge staff to maintain top-quality service.

The role offers hourly pay of $19.18 plus tips, with non-exempt status. A Nikkei cuisine interest is a plus, and you will join a vibrant hospitality-driven team environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience as a cocktail server in a high-volume orupscale dining/lounge environment.
• Working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine; interest inNikkei (Japanese-Peruvian) cuisine is a plus.
• Positive attitude, polished communication skills, and a strong teamspirit.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced settings.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move with agility, walk,stand for extended periods, and bend as necessary.
• Occasional lifting and/or movingof items up to 25 lbs.
