Qualifications

• POS/cash register and card processing experience.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and communicate in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Present a professional appearance and proper behavior, including attire and hygiene.
• Understand menu items and answer questions about preparations.
• Facilitate drink orders and serve drinks promptly during events and busy times.
• Record all transactions and manage open tabs, closing them quickly.
• Clear plates and glassware promptly; coordinate with bussers during busy periods.
• Assist bartenders and other servers when needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails and educate guests on bar inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

As a Cocktail Server:

You have an outgoing attitude and a passion for beer and handcrafted cocktails. Hospitality is in your DNA, and you take pride in creating a great atmosphere and experience for your guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests courteously and quickly and maintain friendly, helpful, and positive communication with guests always.
• Present a professional appearance and proper behavior, including well-kept clothing & hygiene.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and possess the ability to answer questions regarding our items and their preparations.
• Facilitate drink orders while guests are waiting or attending an event/live music event, ensuring drinks get served quickly.
• Accurately record all transactions and keep track of open tabs and make sure to close tabs quickly.
• Remove empty plates and glassware promptly and coordinate with bussers for assistance during busy times.
• Assist bartenders and servers when applicable.
• Have a strong knowledge of cocktails and educate guests on the bar’s inventory
• Perform any other work-related duties specified by management
