Responsibilities

  • Set up the bar daily by requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, paper goods, and tools according to established procedures.
  • Greet guests warmly and sincerely, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Prepare and present beverages following standard recipes and portion guidelines.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring tools and supplies are properly stored.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and company alcohol service regulations.
  • Verify guest identification to prevent underage alcohol service.
  • Keep bottles and glassware arranged to support efficient service and beverage promotion.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory throughout the shift.
  • Build rapport with regular guests and recognize returning patrons.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
