Job Description
Greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

1. Circulate throughout the assigned work station, greeting guests, taking beverage orders, and delivering beverages.
2. Carry and balance a full tray of beverages.
3. Receive and understand beverage orders; relay drink orders to bartenders.
4. Calculate charges for orders and accept payments; maintain an accurate cash bank at all times.
5. Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six (6) months of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
