Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a guest-focused Food & Beverage associate to deliver prompt, courteous service in our restaurant. You will ensure tables are clean, diners are greeted, and menu items are explained with enthusiasm.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a busy dining room. A High school education and 3–6 months restaurant experience preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three to six months experience in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Vision to read guest checks and menus in dim lighting; coordination to handle trays.
• Ability to communicate hotel services to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, reset for guests, remove dishes and silverware.
• Restock and clean duties as instructed by management.
• Memorize menu items, recipes and specials to answer questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, wait-station, and service areas.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed.
• Respond to guest inquiries with timely, knowledgeable information.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
