Equipment Room is seeking a Cocktail Server to exceed guest expectations by performing various tasks, including taking orders and serving food and beverages at tables in a dining setting.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a server who can deliver exceptional service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guest needs in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; six months of related hospitality or service experience.
• Proficiency in the primary language of the workplace.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of computer systems like POS and Property Management System.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Escort customers, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, including wine recommendations.
• Check IDs, describe menu items, and serve food and beverages.
• Handle payments, clear tables, and prepare tables for service.
• Perform food prep duties, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Working Conditions:

Moderate noise typical of hospitality settings. May require lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and physical movements such as bending, kneeling, and stretching.
