Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job): Responsible for greeting guests and providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service.

Responsibilities

Core Service Standards

• CLEAN: Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• SAFE: Ensure guests feel safe and comfortable, creating a worry-free experience.
• FAST: Provide quick and efficient service, meeting time requirements and anticipating guest needs.
• FRIENDLY: Greet guests warmly, make eye contact, smile, and use H.E.A.R.T. steps to address concerns. Always thank departing guests.
• FUN: Work as a team to create an enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

• Be knowledgeable about all menu items to enhance guest experience and promote sales.
• Report any service or safety issues to management.
• Perform service recovery gestures as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, maintaining accountability and providing receipts.
• Manage cash and bank procedures responsibly.
• Carry trays of food and beverages efficiently.
• Serve and replenish items as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas, including removing trash and cleaning ashtrays.
• Comply with all liquor regulations and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Understand and comply with PLCB regulations and gaming laws.
• Adhere to appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid license from the State Gaming Agency.
• RAMP certification required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform related tasks during extended shifts.
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program.
• Ability to work in smoke-filled environments.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Requirements
