Cocktail Server | Part-Time | Whitewater Amphitheater

Position Summary

The Cocktail Server is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages in a bar, restaurant, or event setting. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining drink quality, managing inventory, and keeping the bar area clean and organized.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an hourly wage of $2.13 plus tips. Benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching contributions. The role remains open until July 11, 2025.

Responsibilities

1. Mix and serve cocktails and beverages per recipes or customer preferences.
2. Ensure drinks meet quality standards and guidelines.
3. Greet customers professionally and courteously.
4. Take orders and suggest drinks based on preferences.
5. Manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
7. Ensure all equipment functions properly and report issues.
8. Follow all alcohol service regulations and verify customer age.
9. Process transactions accurately and operate POS systems.
10. Collaborate with team members for smooth service delivery.
11. Participate in training to stay updated on recipes and techniques.

Qualifications

1. Previous bartending or cocktail serving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Knowledge of various cocktail recipes and techniques is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
5. Attention to detail in drink preparation and order accuracy.
