Job summary

Cote’s Kitchen in Upton, MA is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. You will prepare and cook home-style breakfast and lunch dishes for service from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., working with a collaborative kitchen crew.

The ideal candidate has proven Line Cook experience, understands diverse cooking methods, and can work quickly with accuracy. Certification like Serve Safe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience as a Line Cook or Short Order Cook
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Fast and accurate execution of tasks
• Familiar with industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock station with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items to receipts in coordination with the kitchen staff

Cote’s Kitchen is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of home style breakfast and lunch dishes for our restaurant guest to enjoy from 7-1 daily. We are a very fast paced team oriented restaurant that is located in the heart of Upton, MA. We are looking for future employees who are hardworking, reliable, and have a positive attitude. With previous experience as a cook, able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook or Short Order Cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Accuracy and speed in executing the orders
• Familiar with industry’s best practices

Responsibilities:
