Job summary

County of Contra Costa seeks a Health Services Administrator – Level C to lead the Continuum of Care (CoC) program for Homeless Services. The role oversees planning, coordination, and implementation of countywide strategies to prevent and end homelessness, working with government, nonprofits, and stakeholders.

The administrator will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze performance data, and drive data-driven decision making across clinical and non-clinical teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct administration of CoC programs.
• Oversee training and supervision of program managers/supervisors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with funding requirements (e.g., CoC) and prepare for audits.
• Manage incident reporting, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze data, track performance metrics, and partner with providers to improve outcomes.
• Build relationships with local government, nonprofits, and stakeholders to ensure housing and services for the homeless.
