Job summary

isolved is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the COBRA Team in Indiana. You will be the main contact for clients regarding COBRA administration, ensuring timely, accurate support and compliance with regulations while delivering exceptional service.

You will handle inquiries, educate on COBRA timelines, and work with internal teams to resolve issues, maintaining ownership from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques, including diplomacy with upset individuals.
• Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and software applications.
• Ability to perform routine mathematical computations and tabulations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, participant, employer, and broker inquiries accurately while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide support related to COBRA administration, benefit continuation coverage, eligibility, enrollment, qualifying events, and premium payments.
• Use effective questioning and active listening techniques to understand customer needs and solutions.
• Educate clients on COBRA processes, timelines, and requirements clearly.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer situations and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate issues when additional expertise is required.
• Document interactions and follow-up activities in company systems.
• Monitor open cases and proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
