Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end automation projects in a plant or launch environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit manufacturing plants to assess processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead turnkey automation projects from concept through launch and sustainment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers; manage scope, timelines, and risks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and ergonomic outcomes while improving throughput and cost performance.
