Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and maintain complex business systems using COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and related tools.
2. Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like VersionOne for effective project tracking.
3. Leverage IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
4. Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries in DB2 environments to support data operations.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to design technical solutions tailored to business requirements.
6. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support on development projects.
7. Ensure security best practices are followed, including the use of secure enclaves and data protection methods.

Required:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years in Mainframe DB2, COBOL, and VSAM software development, with a strong focus on debugging and system optimization.
2. A four-year degree in the applicable field is preferred. (Without a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.)
