Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain complex business systems using COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and related tools.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like VersionOne for effective project tracking.
• Leverage IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries in DB2 environments to support data operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design technical solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support on development projects.
• Ensure security best practices are followed, including the use of secure enclaves and data protection methods.

Required:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Mainframe DB2, COBOL, and VSAM software development, with a strong focus on debugging and system optimization.
• A four-year degree in the applicable field is preferred. (Without a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.)
