Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Coax Splicer II to perform aerial and underground coaxial cable splicing for telecommunications projects. You will test, activate, and troubleshoot post-installation equipment and ensure compliance with standards.

This role requires at least two years of coax splicing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam. The position involves fieldwork, height safety, and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or relevant work experience.
• At least two years of coax splicing experience.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network structure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform coax splicing tasks for aerial and underground installs.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment post-installation.
• Ensure splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Safely work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Document daily work and material usage in reports and maps.
