• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering required.
• At least 3 years of coating lab experience.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in basic math and data analysis.
• Computer skills including MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Function without supervision to set up new and modify existing product formulations for production.
• Vet and validate product formulations for chemistry, color, and instructions.
• Follow project closeout procedures and close projects as requested.
• Record and file forms and documents per established processes.
• Attend quality, safety, and technical meetings as required.
• Comply with safety, quality, and security regulations.
• Maintain a clean work area and communicate clearly with team.
• Manage work to meet timeline goals and use time efficiently.
