The role requires attention to detail, strong safety practices, and clear communication with supervision. In a fast-paced environment you will compare counts to production schedules, reject non-conforming items, and work with teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety awareness at all times.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to identify and communicate product problems to supervision.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and conditions.
• Driven to excel and deliver results.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing and quality control.
• Experience with operating hand and/or power tools.
• Good communication with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to recognize and solve practical problems.

Responsabilités

• Inspect galvanized product to ensure conformance to standards.
• Test coating thickness with calibrated thickness gauge and record results.
• Inspect products using fixed and variable measuring instruments.
• Check for coating irregularities and foreign matter on galvanized products.
• Compare product count with production schedule and ensure accuracy.
• Reject products that do not meet standards.
• Work independently and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Occasional offsite travel to customer.
