Job summary
CNH (Case New Holland Industrial) in New Holland, PA seeks a Paint Laboratory Technician to support coatings validation and color development programs. You will work with the Paint Specialist to execute tests, manage color development for Dynamic Blue and SSP, and run environmental simulations while bridging lab verification with supplier activities.

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Hands-on industrial laboratory experience highly valued.
- Strong data logging and reporting with calibration records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of drafting instruction sheets.
Responsibilities
- Execute paint testing on panels and samples for color accuracy and coating performance.
- Operate environmental chambers and related equipment per procedures.
- Log data and track test metrics in LIMS and project files.
- Coordinate with coating suppliers to secure lead times and testing queues.
- Create weekly status dashboards for cross-functional engineering teams.
