Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist in executing technical paint testing, color development, and brand color validation activities. The role involves preparing paint panels, operating laboratory equipment, and maintaining accurate test data for color standards and material evaluations.

You will support communication across projects, track supplier follow-ups, and help ensure timely progress of color development programs within the lab environment.

Qualifications

• Perform routine laboratory tests for color, gloss, adhesion, corrosion and other paint attributes.
• Document and maintain test data in laboratory systems and project files.
• Support color development workflows and supplier follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paint panels and samples for testing and evaluation.
• Operate lab equipment (color spectrophotometer, WOM, corrosion chambers, humidity cabinet, oven, water immersion tanks) under supervision.
• Record, organize and enter test data into lab systems and project files.
• Monitor tests and document abnormalities or deviations.
• Update project tracking forms with status and deadlines.
• Communicate test results to cross-functional teams.
