Responsibilities include recording ambient conditions, ensuring SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile, documenting materials and batch data, and keeping a detailed inspection log with photos.

Qualifications

• AMPP CIP Level 1 certification, current.
• 1+ years in industrial coatings application or inspection.
• Comfortable working around blasting, spray operations; tanks and structures.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record ambient conditions before and during application.
• Verify surface preparation per SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile.
• Measure wet and dry film thickness; check holidays and defects.
• Verify coating materials, batch numbers, mixing, pot life against datasheet.
• Maintain daily coating inspection log and photograph stages.
