Responsibilities

• Measure and record ambient conditions before and during application.
• Verify surface preparation to SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile standards.
• Measure wet and dry film thickness; check holidays and defects.
• Verify materials, batch numbers, mixing and pot life against datasheets.
• Maintain daily coating inspection log and photograph each stage.
