Qualifications

• AMPP CIP Level 1 certification, current.
• 1+ years in industrial coatings application or inspection.
• Comfortable working around tanks, structures, blasting and spray ops.
• Meticulous with instruments and records.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record ambient conditions before and during application.
• Verify surface preparation to SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile.
• Measure wet and dry film thickness; check holidays/defects.
• Verify materials, batch numbers, mixing and pot life against data sheets.
• Maintain daily coating inspection log and photograph each stage.
