Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure and record ambient conditions (temp, humidity, dew point) before and during application.
• Verify surface preparation to SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile standards.
• Measure wet film and dry film thickness and check for holidays/defects.
• Verify coatings materials, batch numbers, mixing, and pot life against datasheets.
• Keep the daily coating inspection log and photograph each stage of the work.
