Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Batch Making Operator in the United States, Georgia. You will blend chemicals and pigments following precise recipes, ensuring each batch meets quality and safety standards for industrial coatings.

You’ll operate pumps and a compactor, perform quality checks, and maintain an orderly workspace while updating formulas and coordinating with automated systems for raw materials and milling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in milling pump systems and mixing raw materials.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle full cases of paint cans.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumps, valves and a compactor with precision to produce batches.
• Follow formula tickets to ensure consistent, safe coatings production.
• Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Track inventory and document formula updates; work automated milling systems.
