Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in a safe working manner following safety policies.
• Blend batch to designated formula.
• Learn how to fill-off batches and fill batches.
• Record all adjustments made to batches.
• Ensure work area is cleaned up upon completion.
• Follow batch fill-out instructions for material requirements.
• Select approved batches for filling.
• Set up and operate filling equipment.
• Operate PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Manage housekeeping and waste generation.
• Operate powered material handling equipment.
• Unload and load bulk materials.
