Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing; Filling Area preferred.
• Good math and measurement skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Must achieve required color testing score.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure solvents, resins, pigments and additives per batch ticket.
• Tend mixing or grinding equipment and control time, heat, and speed.
• Take product samples to QC Lab for checks.
• Record results onto batch cards and compare to standards.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
