Artivion, Inc. in Austin seeks a diligent Coating Operator to work with minimal supervision in the coating area. You will operate and maintain coating equipment, follow written procedures, and ensure thorough process documentation to support production quality.

The role requires setting up reactors, monitoring coatings, and collaborating with management to resolve issues while maintaining accuracy and safety, with overtime as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years manufacturing experience in GMP environments.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office and Windows.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow written instructions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Setup and breakdown coating reactor
• Operate computerized coating control system
• Monitor process and respond to problems
• Evaluate coated product for acceptability
• Complete processing records using spreadsheet and word processor
• Perform maintenance on coaters
• Operate and maintain support equipment
• Collaborate with management to solve problems
• Maintain coating supply inventories
• Assist in development of new products
• Write procedures and process documentation
• Operate engine lathe
• Suggest process improvements
• Relate to co-workers and take feedback
• Manage time effectively
• Other responsibilities as assigned
