Job summary

Qualified Staffing in Fenton, Michigan is seeking a Coating/General Labor candidate to join a manufacturing team. You will prepare materials, operate coating equipment, and inspect products for coating quality and consistency.

We offer steady hours and a pay rate of $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience. Ideal applicants have manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Prepare materials and products for the coating process.
• Operate and monitor coating equipment according to production requirements.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
