Responsibilities include setup/breakdown, monitoring, maintenance, and documentation. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, GMP knowledge, and strong English communication in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, preferably GMP chemical processing or coating.
• Read, analyze, and follow written instructions clearly.
• Able to work overtime and lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient in basic computer use and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown coating reactor.
• Operate computerized coating control system.
• Monitor process and respond to issues.
• Evaluate coated product for acceptance.
• Maintain processing records and related docs.
• Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on coaters.
• Maintain coating supply inventories.
• Assist in development of new products or tech.
