IKO Industries Ltd. is recruiting a Production Manager to lead the Coating Line operations at the Chester, SC plant. The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on safe, efficient operations, continuous improvement, and employee development.

The successful candidate will oversee shift supervisors, drive productivity and quality, and ensure adherence to plant objectives while developing a skilled, engaged team in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in an Engineering field preferred or equivalent production leadership experience.
• 12-15 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, JDE, Maximo or equivalent ERP and management systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.
• Greenfield or Brownfield start-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all coating line shift operations, including supervision of engineers and up to 40 hourly staff.
• Promote safety culture by enforcing safety policies and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure product quality meets customer expectations within controlled production processes.
• Develop and maintain a trained, motivated workforce through leadership and communication.
• Drive productivity, OEE, cost-effectiveness, and cross-department collaboration.
