Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; basic math and communication skills essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret work orders and SOPs.
• Previous machine operating experience preferred, including coating lines and slitter equipment.
• Forklift license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating equipment and maintain quality production per SOPs.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines; perform routine maintenance.
• Read and interpret work orders to meet project requirements.
• Complete production paperwork and data entry into SAP or equivalent system.
• Communicate issues to Shift Supervisor/Lead Coater and respond to quality concerns.
• Participate in safety and inventory procedures and assist with changeovers.
