Job summary

Manhatta, perched sixty stories above Lower Manhattan, seeks a Coat Check Attendant to welcome guests, receive and securely store coats, and return items promptly, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest facing role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Availability for dinner shifts.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest upon arrival and departure.
• Receive, tag, organize, and securely store guests’ coats, bags, and other belongings.
• Retrieve and return guests’ belongings accurately and promptly.
• Communicate warmly and professionally with guests while providing efficient service.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure coat check area during service.
• Work closely with the Service team to support smooth operations and guest experience.
• Cross train to assist with Host duties as needed.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support team objectives.
