Job summary

Impact Performance Team in Charleston, SC, seeks an Account Manager to service a book of property and casualty clients. You will manage renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and liaise with carriers to place coverage and support claims.

We are looking for a relationship-driven professional with at least 2 years in insurance account management, and a valid P&C license (or willing to obtain within 30 days with agency support). On-site preferred, with a Hybrid option after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance account management or a related field.
• The role requires a valid P&C license. If not currently licensed, you must obtain your license within 30 days of your start date; the agency will assist with pre-licensing coursework and exam fees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of commercial and personal insurance clients.
• Cross-sell and round current clients for multi-line coverage.
• Diligently work with new client inquiries.
