Harbor View Hotel is seeking an experienced fine-dining server to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service on Martha's Vineyard. You will describe daily specials, ensure accurate order placement, and maintain a polished dining room presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of fine-dining serving experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No winter H2B visas available).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service.
• Know the specials of the day and describe ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and inform a manager of any issues and resolutions.
